Rules of Action Limousine Service

» No alcohol is to be consumed by anyone less than 21 years of age.
» No smoking in limousine. $150.00 smoking fee.
» $250.00 clean up fee for getting sick in the limousine.
» $10.00 per glass for broken or missing glasses.
» $150.00 clean up fee for excessive matter in the limousine.
» All unruly people will be dropped off at the sole discretion of the driver (no refund given)
» Most vehicles require at least a $100.00 non-refundable deposit.
» We will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen property.
» No illegal drug use of any kind.
» Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at the hourly rate, paid up front.
» All balances are due upon pick-up.
» Cancellations must be made in writing by certified mail within 14 days of your scheduled event      to avoid being charged the full amount.
» 20% gratuity is added to all bills.
» Customer agrees that replacement limousine may be substituted if contracted limousine                becomes unavailable for any reason.
» Pick up locations over 30miles away, there will be a travel fee added to all bills.
